A mindset focused on "Continuous improvement", "Go for it" is crucial in all areas where resilience and commitment are key.Do strongly believe that adopting this mindset is essential for long-term success and a happy life - keeping the balance. Many thanks to Mohamed Lemine Beydia for kindly sharing this perspective!"Advice for my young followers in data and tech.I'm not a successful entrepreneur, a famous researcher, or a public figure, so I won’t give you advice like Tony Robbins might. I'm just an employee who loves data, and I've been lucky enough to work in several international companies, lead different teams, and collaborate with talented people from various backgrounds. Today, I want to share a perspective that might not be perfect, but it’s based on my experience. There are two ways to look at life:1. Everything is owed to us: We expect things to just happen, to get our dream job right away, to have our salaries automatically increased, for companies to come looking for us, to get into our dream schools, and for everything to eventually work out on its own.2. Nothing is owed to us: We realize that every opportunity must be earned through our own effort and ambition. Adopting this second mindset means always trying to do better than before, learning new skills, challenging ourselves, and setting clear, achievable goals. If you choose the first mindset, you might stay stuck, held back by fear, doubt, or the frustration of not seeing results. But if you choose the second mindset, you’ll push yourself to improve, go beyond your limits, and create your own path in data science or any field you’re passionate about.I’m speaking from experience. I’ve worked with brilliant people, some of whom I recruited myself, and what made our work successful was our shared mindset. Today, these people have amazing careers because they kept the right attitude. One reason I write on LinkedIn is to encourage young people to understand how important this mindset is, to make even a small impact in their lives. I’m not selling any courses, mentoring programs, or products—just sharing what I believe can make a difference."

Theo Guillaumin, Great points! I completely agree that a successful post goes beyond just text and a beautiful image. The steps you mentioned are crucial in ensuring that we create engaging and impactful content. In my experience, I've found that constructing a clear vision and choosing the right positioning are vital in capturing the attention of our target audience. Additionally, having a well-defined editorial strategy and staying updated with market trends and LinkedIn insights can significantly enhance our content's effectiveness. One aspect that I believe is often overlooked is the importance of creating a system for our content creation process. This includes having a structured workflow, establishing guidelines for consistency, and leveraging automation tools to streamline our efforts.

The transfer of knowledge is the biggest challenge for our organisations in this hybrid reality. How can we train our juniors if we are not in the office? How can we make sure that best practices are systematically shared? How can we boost informal interaction which will lead to a boost of creativity and innovation? Our founder Anton Maes had great fun diving into this topic for our friends of office ET culture. As an author, he explores workplace strategy and change management in the broadest sense. Are you, as an organisation also confronted with this issue? What are your best practices to boost knowledge sharing? Let us know in the comments:

In a world that is constantly evolving, knowledge is more important than ever. It is the key to unlocking our potential, making a positive impact on society, and creating a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come.• Knowledge is not just about memorizing facts. It's also about understanding concepts, applying knowledge to real-world situations, and developing critical thinking skills.• Knowledge is power, but it must be used responsibly. We should use our knowledge to help others, make the world a better place, and avoid using it for personal gain or to harm others.• Knowledge is not the only thing that matters in life. It's also important to have compassion, empathy, and other positive qualities.
